Trinka, MBA, FLMI, MHP - 30 years insurance industry executive management experience with provider sponsored health plans, managed healthcare administration, medical malpractice insurance, physician-owned insurers, insurance sales and marketing, claims settlement and litigation, general operations and program risk management. He is the founder and President of Healthcare Risk Partners, Inc., a specialized insurance services company. He has held senior executive positions with John Alden Financial Corporation, including business unit head of the Provider Markets Group; The Doctors Company; The Sullivan Group and Aon Corporation.

Kenneth E. Schultz, M.D., MBA, FACEP - Director of the Risk and Claims Management Division of Bettinger, Stimler, Schultz & Associates (BSA Healthcare), a physician-owned organization that specializes in helping healthcare providers improve quality and enhance practice management capabilities. He is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, N.Y., and completed his internship in General Surgery, his Residency in Internal Medicine, and a Fellowship in General Internal Medicine at the University of Miami affiliated hospitals.

Has 20 years experience in the captive industry designing, implementing, licensing and managing captive insurance companies throughout the US. He was the author and the driving force behind the Arizona Captive Law, the founder of the Arizona Captive Insurance Companies Association and the founder of www.CaptiveGuru.com an industry specific website.

Hywel Jones, ACIB, FSD - Partner, Phyhealth Underwriters, President, Britannia Consulting Group www.britgroup.com, which offers sophisticated insurance and financial products designed to provide tax advantaged, secure investments for onshore clients. He has 25 years experience in international banking and financial services with National Westminster Bank PLC, Jamaica Institute of Bankers, Bahamas Institute of Bankers and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Richard E. Goulding, M.D. - 20 years in private medical practice as a Board Certified Otolaryngologist. Dr. Goulding is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He has served as Chief Resident Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery/Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Otolaryngology at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, and Fl.


Director

Stuart P. Miller, M.D. - private practice Physiatrist specializing in stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, oncology rehabilitation and post traumatic injury rehabilitation as well as electrodiagnostic medicine and nerve conduction velocity studies. He completed his internship program at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and his residency at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

Martin Eveleigh, Barrister-at-law, ACII - Partner, Phyhealth Underwriters, Managing Director, Atlas Insurance Management, a licensed insurance manager in Anguilla, The Bahamas, British Virgin Islands and Nevis providing captive insurance and alternative risk transfer services. He has an MA from Oxford University with 20 years international insurance experience as Executive Director of Willis' International Reinsurance Division, Broker with Lloyd's of London, and as Manager of Belmont Insurance Management, Ltd., a British Virgin Islands subsidiary of KPMG.


Director

Donald H. Vliegenthart, M.D., ATP - Medical Director of Hoveround Corporation, a manufacturer and provider of power mobility products nationwide. He was appointed to a five year term to the Medicare Program Advisory & Oversight Committee (PAOC) by Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Tommy Thompson in September 2004. He completed his residency at University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals in Tampa and Chicago Medical School Affiliated Hospitals in Chicago.
