Trinka, MBA, FLMI, MHP, CIC - President of Physhield and Chairman & CEO of Phyhealth Corporation, has 30 years of insurance industry executive management experience with provider sponsored health plans, medical malpractice insurance, physician-owned insurers, insurance sales and marketing, claims settlement and litigation, and general operations management. He is the founder and President of Healthcare Risk Partners, Inc., a specialized insurance services company, and held senior executive management positions with John Alden Financial Corporation, The Doctors Company; The Sullivan Group and Aon Corporation before founding the Physhield risk retention group.

Scott Moore, CPA - Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Moore has been a Certified Public Accountant for more then 20 years and has worked in senior auditing roles at such highly respected national and regional accounting firms as Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Harper and Van Scoik & Company, LLP. Most recently Mr. Moore spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer for eAutoClaims, Inc., an Internet-based provider of vehicle collision claims services for the insurance industry.

Richard E. Goulding, MD - Director and Corporate Secretary, Dr. Goulding spent 20 years in private medical practice as a Board Certified Otolaryngologist. Member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He has served as Chief Resident Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery/Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Otolaryngology at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, FL.

Fidel R. Rodriguez, MBA, FLMI - Director, Treasurer, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, has 20 years of management experience in insurance operations, information technology, managed healthcare administration, management of business process engineering, physician data management, systems design, and management of information systems.
